German Button on A French Shell. Head Stamped "TE 17 BS 1"

1 - Rheinisch- Westfälische Sprengstoff A.-G. (Part of the Dynamit Nobel group), Nürnburg, Germany. Found on 7.62 x 39mm.
BS - Atelier de laminage de l'Ecole de Pyrotechnie de Bourges ("Rolling Mill Workshop of the Pyrotechnics School of Bourges") - Bourges, France.
(possibly a post war souvenir letter opener and most likely not made in a trench)
